From an early age, I've been fascinated by the mind - how our thoughts, emotions, and experiences shape who we become.

Over time, that fascination became a purpose to understand the patterns that hold us back and to share ways to break free from them.
To build a solid foundation, I studied:
Level 3 Diploma in Narcissistic Personality Disorder
Level 3 Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Level 3 Diploma in Psychology
These qualifications gave me a deeper understanding of trauma, overthinking, and emotional behaviour - and how healing truly begins with awareness.
Through Calm Mind Guide, I've combined my studies with real-life understanding to create gentle, accessible tools for healing - from a 90 days journal to self-help e-books.
I believe knowledge and compassion go hand in hand.
My mission is to help others reconnect with their strength, silence self-doubt, and embrace calm living.
